Our desire is that every single believer, who makes 318 their community of faith, would fine their niche, their place of service and the perfect place where God would use them in a powerful way.  Too many churches struggle to survive under the infamous 20-80 rule: 20% of the people do 80% of the work.  Not only should this be unacceptable in life, it is completely unacceptable in the church for whom Jesus Christ died.  According to 1 Corinthians 12, we are all members of one body and each of us have purpose; a purpose that is intended to build a community of faith the equips, empowers, and engages not by their own ability but by the very power of the Holy Spirit.
